If I could put 0 stars, I would. I tried calling back in NOVEMBER 2023 to renew my insurance because it was going to cut off November 30, 2023. I spoke to 2 different individuals who told me my insurance was not cutting off until May of 2024 and I didn't need to renew until then. I went to a Dr's appointment in December 2023 and am now getting billed for said appointment because my insurance did infact end in November 2023. State insurance is trying to dictate what my doctor can prescribe. If it's not covered by insurance the pharmacy has a contract stating they can not sell it to me for private pay.... causing me to spend a night in the hospital already. Unreal. I might as well just die. They are setting me up to have a health failure.
