For a month I’ve been dealing with calling giving the run around all due to me trying to get a reverse payment in which they paid my bill at prisma health now put me in grievance then verbally approved to appeal and reverse the payment Prisma health is Challenging them and what reverse unless they have a refund letter but again when a claim was submitted thru prisma is wasn’t my consent I didn’t even know I had Molina now I’m just trying to get a refund letter sent and can’t get in contact with any one in grievance anyone wh... read more
