I accompanied my partner for a skin check through a corporate health benefit. I’m giving one star because there is no way to give a negative rating. There was no front desk service, and our interaction with Sarah was dismissive and unprofessional. We felt treated differently and very unwelcome. If you have any other option, avoid this place.
Appalling service. Do not use. No clinician available to help with clinical questions and very lazy report also does not answer the clinical questions. Avoid at all costs.
Raihi was fantastic, she made us feel very comfortable and was very professional and thorough. She also gave us a lot of useful information on what to look out for on our skin. Definitely a very different experience getting checked all over but very worthwhile for the peace of mind and catching anything before it gets too late.
