Belmont clinic- got the same dr twice unfortunately and both times left feeling like an idiot just spent 2 min telling me I'm low risk and glanced at a few moles didn't check anything in detail done in 5 minutes and charged $120 will never go back there

I attended the Mole Patrol clinic in Belmont. I felt the receptionist at the right side desk at the main Resimed reception was quite abrupt in her comminication to me. But what I found extremely disappointing was how the staff in the Mole Patrol clinic dehumanised one of their patients. Just after the doctor left the room where the man was, he and especially the two reception staff were clearly laughing over the guys natural appearance. And joking how he scared the crap out of him. I had a procedure done at this medical center and my experience was very disappointing. I was not properly informed about what they were going to do, and the stitches were not placed correctly. It has been eight weeks since the procedure and the wound has still not healed properly. I feel there was a lack of professionalism and care throughout the process. For this reason, I do not recommend this place.

They ran over 40 minutes late for a Monday morning skin check appointment. No one informed me they were running late. When I was eventually brought through, I was waiting in the room for over 10 minutes… With a newborn waiting for a feed, it would’ve been great if they’d phoned me prior to my appointment saying they were running late or updating me in the waiting room. Good communication goes a long way.
