I had a procedure done at this medical center and my experience was very disappointing. I was not properly informed about what they were going to do, and the stitches were not placed correctly. It has been eight weeks since the procedure and the wound has still not healed properly. I feel there was a lack of professionalism and care throughout the process. For this reason, I do not recommend this place.
They ran over 40 minutes late for a Monday morning skin check appointment. No one informed me they were running late. When I was eventually brought through, I was waiting in the room for over 10 minutes… With a newborn waiting for a feed, it would’ve been great if they’d phoned me prior to my appointment saying they were running late or updating me in the waiting room. Good communication goes a long way.
For many years I had a pre cancerous skin issue. I saw different GP’s for the last 15 years! Had the issue burnt off many times with liquid oxygen but it would come back! This year my Dr at this clinic in Bibra Lake sorted the issue in 4 weeks and it’s finally gone ! Thanks so much Cheers Phil Edman
i rarely leave poor reviews for businesses however my experience at the Perth clinic was not good at all. starting with the receptionist being very rude and unwelcoming, to the doctor rushing the check & being very disrespectful and dismissive with my questions. the experience was made slightly better by the nurse who was the only person in the clinic who spoke to me with respect, however i will not be returning for their services.
It took me longer to fill out my form than the 2 minutes check I had with a flash light. Very rush, not professional. Will not be going there again. Should of cancelled after the rude lady over the phone when I booked the appointment.
