I cannot possibly recommend William and mold masters of Spokane highly enough. Seriously! Although the owner of Mold Masters Spokane is very knowledgeable about mold remediation, he also made me very uncomfortable with inappropriate touches, sexual advances and comments. The very first time my husband and I hired him he seemed very professional and did a great job so we sought his help a second time. He offered to do a free consultation for us the second time since we were previous customers. I am so regretful that you feel this way. I am so sorry as a business and a person to both you and your husband if you felt uncomfortable as of corse was not intentional. I hope you both can forgive me if this was how you felt. I have always been an outgoing person and easily feel like friends as this is my personality, but if it can lead to a person feeling this way...I will most certainly take this seriously and consider how it can make someone feel.
