GREAT JOB!!! After our finished basement flooded, we contacted a restoration company to come in and remove the wet flooring and walls. When mold was discovered, I contacted Moldguys to come in. After speaking with them, I not only hired them to remedy the mold issue, but also complete the remediation of the wet basement. Curtis and his crew were outstanding. Moldguys Restoration are true professionals. They made the process incredibly easy, were very responsive, and answered all my questions from the estimate request through job completion. The team on site explained exactly what they would do and after done, showed me what they had done, explained where the water came in in the first place and why the mold was in the area it was. I highly recommend the Moldguys. They were professional, on-time and went above and beyond. Having a newborn baby and a mold issue in the basement was terrifying but Curt and his team took the time to ensure that the area was tarped off and the air was filtered/scrubbed. His team even fixed my laundry vent and a decaying air duct. I was extremely satisfied with their service.

My wife and I bought a vacant bank-owned home that had been on the market for a long time, and such properties tend to have surprises. Our surprise was about 1200 square feet of mold in our cellar, which had been growing unchecked for years. Moldguys Restoration is a great company to do business with. There was a leaking vent in my attic, which caused a water problem and subsequent mold, recently discovered in my home in Dedham. Curtis reponded quickly to my initial call for help. He showed up to my home at the appointed time to evaluate the problem and give an estimate. The project was completed ontime and with care. Curtis was super professional and easy to work with and very honest. I had really bad mold all over my attic and in both my bathrooms in the second floor of my house. His quotes were reasonable compared to other quotes I received. He got his job done on time and the place was prepped so well to contain the mold spores and did a thorough clean up too. I Had Curtis come by my home to assess a possible mold issue in my attic, which I was informed about from a home inspector. Not knowing anything about mold, I relied on his expertise to assess this. He was very prompt in coming by to take a look at it. Very honest and knowledgeable. As it turned out it was not mold and he offered to give me a letter indicating his findings without a charge. I had black mold on the roof plywood in my attic. Mold Guys showed up for free estimate on time, explained the process, and email a detailed proposal. I called to accept, they scheduled a day for the remediation, again showed up on time and did what was proposed in a professional neat way. Mold is gone and suggested what to do to prevent it from reoccurring years down the road.

Moldguys Restoration did a fantastic job cleaning the ducts and vents at our office. The air quality is noticeably better and they cleaned up after. You couldn't even tell they were there. Thank you Curtis for a great job!
