Did not appreciate a condescending email Peter sent my wife and I following a kind and polite request for service. A mold inspector specifically recommended we seek "fumigation by a mold remediation professional," and we were given 3 contacts; Peter was one. His response to our initial inquiry was to "go back and read the instructions carefully," followed by reasons he did not feel 'fumigation' was necessary. I had a very last minute request that required the team to come out on the same day, for a very small project so I can close my house. Peter made special arrangement to have his team come out within 3 hours and took care of the issue with phone communications and pictures taken along the way so I can present them to my buyer. Their flexibility and professionalism are very much appreciated and will definitely use them again for any mold related jobs.
