I called Steven V who came highly recommended by a roofer we spoke with. We wanted to assess the state of our attic space and kept getting highly contentious information from various folks we were calling out for consultations. In short, I think you can trust these guys. Did not appreciate a condescending email Peter sent my wife and I following a kind and polite request for service. A mold inspector specifically recommended we seek "fumigation by a mold remediation professional," and we were given 3 contacts; Peter was one. His response to our initial inquiry was to "go back and read the instructions carefully," followed by reasons he did not feel 'fumigation' was necessary. I had a very last minute request that required the team to come out on the same day, for a very small project so I can close my house. Peter made special arrangement to have his team come out within 3 hours and took care of the issue with phone communications and pictures taken along the way so I can present them to my buyer. Their flexibility and professionalism are very much appreciated and will definitely use them again for any mold related jobs.
