Joe and his workers are awesome. There's no one I'd trust more in my home.

MSI was extremely prompt and professional with my mold remediation. They took the time to really educate me on what they were doing and the risks untreated leaks in the roof and potential mold may bring. They fit me in their schedule extremely quickly and I would recommend them to anyone in need of mold remediation

I would recommend MSI to anyone needing help with mold. Joe Fiorillo was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. He answered every question my husband and I could think of, and we had many questions. Joe even talked me off the ledge when I was overwhelmed and couldn't think straight. Mike, the project leader at our home, was professional and kind. He gave us daily updates on their progress. I hope to never have to deal with mold remediation again, but if I do, I would call MSI again.
