We found dark patches behind a bookcase in the basement and had no idea whether that was a small problem or a big one. They came out, tested it, and told us it was contained to that wall. The removal took about a day and they sealed the area off while they worked so nothing spread through the rest of the basement. They also pointed out what was causing the moisture and what we needed to change.

The smell in our bedroom closet wouldn't go away no matter how much we aired it out, and it turned out to be mold. Clear Horizon assessed how deep it had gotten and laid the plan out before touching a thing. A couple days later the closet is properly dry and that odor is gone for good.

Had a mold problem in our basement that kept coming back no matter what we tried on our own. There was black mold spreading in our bathroom around the tub and up part of the wall. Clear Horizon came and got rid of all of it, plus checked a spot behind the vanity that we didn't know was affected. The area is clean now and there's no more musty smell when you walk in. They explained what they were doing and sealed things off so it wouldn't spread while they worked. The bathroom looks and smells normal again for the first time in months.
