My husband and I purchased a home and a condition of purchase was for the mold to be removed. The previous owner hired Mold Masters and we currently have a warranty. We noticed mold again and called last Monday. They were very prompt and had someone out on Wednesday. He walked into our garage and didn't even go into the attic where the mold originated. Getting ahold of anyone at this company is near impossible, as is getting them to actually do anything. We've been trying to finish work with them for almost two YEARS and can't believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic.
Great prices, great people and the best quality of work I have seen in 21 years. If you need any mold or related work done call these guys first, and thank me later.
Don't waste your time with this company. I choose them because they are local and would be right in my neighborhood. I had an appointment and the technician showed up an hour late. When he called me to complain that I was not there, I informed him that I was on time and waited for 30 minutes, he was an hour late. Surprised by this info, he then suggested we reschedule for that same evening. I got his contact info so this would not happen again.
