No matter how hard you work, if you get sick and don't have the sick leave or pto to cover it, they will terminate you. It's also impossible to get a full paycheck here nowadays due to the Tariffs. They will tell you not to come in if they don't have the work. Supervisors and team leads are nice and appreciate hard working employees, but their guidelines on attendance are so bad, it makes me wonder how they're not losing money by terminating and hiring people week after week. Receiving/Shipping 7am -5pm. Overnight parking at receiving side. Quick unload/load. Nice people
Very bad place to work. They only work 3-4 days a week when I was told at my interview that we were working 40 hours. You get blamed for other peoples' mistakes and the plant management is very poor. They just got a new plant manager that thinks he is better than everyone. You only get a 15 minute lunch break. Would not recommend this place.
