Managers are allowed to lie about you and can fire you for the lie they made up about you. I'd give it a zero if I could.
No matter how hard you work, if you get sick and don't have the sick leave or pto to cover it, they will terminate you. It's also impossible to get a full paycheck here nowadays due to the Tariffs. They will tell you not to come in if they don't have the work. Supervisors and team leads are nice and appreciate hard working employees, but their guidelines on attendance are so bad, it makes me wonder how they're not losing money by terminating and hiring people week after week.
