We only had a 7 day option period and MI&T was able to come out for the inspection within 2 days of our initial call. The inspector arrived on time and the inspection took about 4 hours which was the time quoted.

Thorough is an absolute understatement. This company is very professional, and explains everything in great detail. The inspector took many photos and gave us a 40+ page report (in color and with the photos), and a list to help us figure out what we should prioritize first
