MI&T was amazing. Our inspector was so thorough and patient during the inspection of our home. He answered all of our questions and touched on every nook and cranny of the house, attic and crawl space.

Ed's inspection was by far the most thorough. This does mean that the inspection takes a while - our's lasted six hours. Given that a house is the most important and expensive purchase most of us make, I am perfectly happy having it take as long as it needs to, and that's how this company thinks about it too - they'll get up on the roof, in the attic, and anywhere else to find hidden defects.
They were thorough, friendly and provided a very detailed Inspection report to me while I was there. I've been through other mold inspections where they want you to "stay out of their way", but not this company! They encourage you to be there, and they will show you a few things while they're doing the inspection.
I am pretty clueless about all things related to houses. The inspector really took the time to go over everything with me and explain things to me in ways that were easy to understand. He was more than happy for me to follow along throughout the whole inspection and did not make me feel like I was in the way at all!
