Took a mold test in my home after my basement flooded. Was happy that I didn't have mold, I like that this company offers unbiased opinions.
Was looking for a reasonably priced mold inspection company that did not perform restoration and these guys fit the bill. Booked inspection, showed up on time, nice report A++
This company was fantastic the whole way through our inspection process. They were great setting up the appointment initially on the phone and did an amazing job with our inspection itself.
They explained the process of the inspection, how it was going to be performed and took pictures of each area being inspected.
I highly recommend Mold Inspection & Testing. Eric was extremely thorough and does a great job explaining his findings and their implications. You can't go wrong with them!

MI&T is very thorough and it's well worth hiring them to inspect any property. They also have good communication skills and is timely with appointments and follow up. All in all, it was a great experience having them do our mold inspection!
