Troy did an excellent job educating us on mold and gave us complete transparency on how the test and treatments work. I’ve been struggling with unknown hives and respiratory issues for a few months and not only did he talk through how mold can make you sick, he also gave advice on pet dander and dust. I would definitely recommend Mold Busters for any mold concerns you’re having!
Troy is awesome!! Really went above and beyond to make sure we had peace of mind. He was super nice and helpful, and answered all of the million questions I had. He checked behind a couple baseboards for us, one of which was in a very hard to reach place, I told him he didn’t have to, but he did it without hesitation to make sure we were fully confident.
We had a great experience working with Troy. So quick to respond, very communicative, and worked with us for both mold testing and remediation (everyone else we talked to could only do one or the other). We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Mold Busters! We will call them again if ever needed.
