To make oral hygiene and cavity prevention more fun and exciting for children, “MolarMan” was created by family dentist, Dr. Gary Johnson, to teach kids to fight tooth decay. With the activities, songs, and other resources on our site, your child can become motivated to have better dental hygiene, eat healthy snacks, and say no to alcohol and harmful drugs.

Molar Man is THE BEST! My son actually wants to brush his teeth to "get rid of all the sugar bugs" after meeting Molar Man at his school. He has watched the DVD countless times and loves to sing along to Molar Man's catchy tunes. My son now tells me what foods have bad sugar bugs in them after coloring in the MM coloring book. Meeting Molar Man has truly changed his life and I no longer dread brushing his teeth in the morning/evening. Molar Man should be a part of every munchkin's life!

I've known Dr Johnson ("Molar Man") for 35 years and have experienced the good he has done in promoting good dental health, especially with children. 5-Stars for him.
Molar Man has attended our Give Kids A Smile and other Arizona Dental Foundation activities since 2003. The children love his superhero antics but more importantly they quickly learn his educational message to fight tooth decay. Thank you Molar Man for bringing more smiles to our world!
