Had an appt for my kid today. Got there and everything closed. Can’t call them with their listed number. Never got contacted prior to let me know they were closing and I would have to set up care somewhere else. Super disappointing. I liked this place.
Always loved this place. Kids went here for 13 years. Did recieve a call from an employee that there was a fire and it would take a month to get back in the office. Tried calling, phone doesnt work, daughter needed work done. Had to go to another dentist. Can't believe no communication at all. Heard through grapevine that theyre permanently closed. They should've updated. Theres many ways to do so, social media is everywhere. They could've made a post to tell us instead of leaving us all hanging.
I got my son up. He missed school today to come to his appointment for surgery. No one here doors are locked. Everything is boarded up. No one contact us on our home phone or my cell phone to let us know they’re not doing appointments today. Traveled all this way, they’re not there
If I could give zero starts i would. My son is 9, he had an appointment today at 3, coming from coolidge , I get all the way to the office and they are CLOSED. all shutters are closed up.now what???? This was the soonest appointment that I could get my son. An email, or even a phone call would have been nice!!!!! But no, haven't heard a thing.
