-Discriminators. -False accusations from Onsite managers leading to unfair process of eviction -Thank goodness Lawyer on my behalf -Ruling no smoking on site, yet onsite manager smoking in Various areas...trying to hide. which definitely shows lack of honesty and integrity -very shifty be cautious

WARNING: Do not pay the "application fee" or any deposits unless you are prepared to lose them. My situation is similar to those described below. I forked over 140 dollars (app fee and deposit) for an apartment on 3 June. On 17 June, the move-in date, I was told that the management company "misplaced the keys to the unit". Full of Liars and bad managers – We rented a duplex through them. When we first did the walk through and everything we were told twice by two different people that after the first year, the rent was negotiable. The reason it was so high at first was due to the move in special they were offering. We thought that it made sense, but after the first year and we went to extend the lease, we were told that it was NOT negotiable and it is what it is. MOLAND MANAGEMENT ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! BEWARE – MOLAND MANAGEMENT ARE SCAM ARTISTS! This past Monday 4-5-10, Dawn showed us a house. Very enthusiastic, great house, etc. etc. and are you ready to put down a deposit? My husband and I did like the house. We discussed it, had a few houses left to see and told her we'd get back to her tomorrow. Well, Dawn called us before we could call her. All fine and dandy.
