Dr. Fryer has been the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, educates me on all my medication options, and truly makes me feel comfortable to ask any questions or voice any concerns. Joseph and his staff have went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs and prioritize my mental health. Excellent customer service and has helped my quality of life tremendously ❤️
I’ve had an amazing experience with Mokscare. They got me in quickly, treated me with understanding and respect and are readily available for my needs. It can be hard to find an understanding and compassionate psychiatrist but Dr. Robert Otto is fantastic and I am so grateful. The front desk is very friendly and I adore all of them. Alberta has been very helpful. They also have telehealth after the initial visit which is great since I don’t live in ABQ.
BUYER BEWARE I had such a frustrating experience with this clinic that I hardly know where to start. After my first visit, my provider wanted to see me again in 1 month and I scheduled the follow-up to be Telehealth. One month rolls around and I randomly get messages that I missed the appointment and was charged a $75 no-show fee. I checked my email and text messages and I never received the link for Telehealth or an invitation to their patient portal. I also never received a reminder for the visit.
