This nail salon is absolutely terrible! The prices are ridiculously high. And if you happen to get a gel manicure or pedicure, they have the audacity to charge you $5 just to remove it. The girls working there are incredibly rude and will even insult you.
Went in for a pedicure as many people seemed to have rated them. They were very nice, welcoming, and communicative. However, the entire experience was very rushed; I went in at 645pm. My technician unfortunately alao hurt me while scraping under my toenail which was extremely painful. After looking closely at the paint on my nails, it was also a bit uneven. They seemed like a mid place but due to the moment of getting hurt, I can't recommend or return to this place unfortunately. The pricing was really good and fair though.
I’m travelling from Italy and my nails needed a refill. Lim did my nails SO beautifully! She was so good! The colour we choose drive me nuts and she was so welcoming during the whole process. I want to live in Bay Ridge now, just to have those nails every month!!! Bravo! 👏🏽
Fannie is AMAZING!! I always leave so happy with her work ! I’m so glad I have her to do my nails and I highly recommend her . Love her .
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for two years, and I always feel taken care of but I have to give a special shout out to Fannie! She is absolutely amazing. From the moment I sit down, she makes sure I’m comfortable, listens to what I want, and doesn’t stop until everything is perfect.
