Terrible. My manicure is so uneven, lumpy. Worst paint job. She cut me. Then tried to charge a $9 fee to use my debit card.
They rushed none of my fingernails are covered completely. I have very short nails, which is the way I like them so if you cannot color, short nails, then give me to somebody else that can. It’s not that hard. The polish is barely covering each fingernail. I wish I noticed that I had glasses on. I think I’m going to go back.
I just love this place, first of all the customer service is always absolutely amazing. So warm and welcoming, so thoughtful. Lovely to talk to but I also don’t feel judged for being shy/reserved/quiet. Second of all the retention for the sets I have gotten here has always been very very good, I have never had an issue here with getting home and suddenly a nail pops off in 2 days.
