Today was my very first time getting a med-spa treatment. Moko was exceptionally professional—she took the time to consult with me beforehand, guided me to better understand my goals, and tailored her recommendations to my specific needs. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, the front-desk staff were patient, and the medical team was professional and attentive.

I found this clinic through a casual online search last month, and my ULTHERAPY experience turned out way better than I expected. Grace Yu walked me through the whole process first, adjusting the energy levels based on my skin sensitivity, which felt really personalized. My jawline looks much more defined now even a week later, and the calm, clean space made the whole session really relaxing. I’m already planning to come back for regular long-term maintenance later this year.

I got the PRP Mesotherapy Microneedling facial here about two weeks ago and since day 3 my skin has been breaking out badly with whiteheads and acne all over my face. I was told it would calm down, but it has only gotten worse. I’ve tried calling multiple times to ask for guidance and no one has answered or returned my calls. I’m really concerned about my skin and would appreciate someone from the clinic reaching out to me as soon as possible to help address what’s going on and what I should be doing to treat this reaction.

March 2026-Update: Last Monday I went to the beauty/aesthetic clinic and Cindy helped handle my refund request. She clearly explained three options to me. Option 1: refund the unused balance from my recent recharge in February . Option 2: keep the $4,000 package and receive the $1,000 promotional credit (their promotion: deposit $4,000 and receive $1,000 with member pricing for services).
