Elderly father-in-law bought battery online and asked if I could pick it up for him since he was not feeling well but he stated that they would install it(as advertised). They had the battery but they did not install it based off of their computer saying “Professional Installation Required”. I believe it was Dale or Dave whom I was working with (He had a gray shirt) said was “I go by what the computer says”. He didn’t even go out to see the car because it was “too cold outside”. They change managers, so the person in charge doesn't much more friendly.
Emma and Kevin are the BEST! They replaced my battery for me while it was raining even after their system said it would take up to thirty mins! They had this job done in about 10-15 minutes and I couldn’t be more thankful such an amazing group of people! WOW! 🤩
