Terrible customer service. Waited a long time to speak to someone, and they just ignored me. I just left. Worst experience I’ve had at any auto shop.
This location desperately needs more professional employees and stronger management. I have the purchase and the one‑year replacement warranty clearly visible in my account, yet the manager acted annoyed the moment I mentioned a replacement. Instead of honoring the warranty, he told me to ‘go back to the store you bought it from’ because ‘the system isn’t talking’—even after I showed him the order right on my phone. That’s unacceptable.
