I have the purchase and the one‑year replacement warranty clearly visible in my account, yet the manager acted annoyed the moment I mentioned a replacement. I recently visited Advance and had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Zoe. As soon as I approached the counter, I noticed a very strong smell of marijuana coming from her. It was overwhelming and immediately made the interaction uncomfortable.
