I recently visited Advance and had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Zoe. As soon as I approached the counter, I noticed a very strong smell of marijuana coming from her. It was overwhelming and immediately made the interaction uncomfortable. Hi I was in last night and I was looking for parts for my car and the lady that was helping me had a strong marijuana smell coming her I understand that marijuana is legal, but you shouldn’t smell like that. When you work customer service job I do not appreciate the smell. They should drug test all of their employees because that was unacceptable.

While driving with my toddler last night, my coolant light came on multiple times which worried me. I didn't want to stop anywhere and decided to go straight home. This morning I called Advance Auto in Mokena and spoke with Mr. David. I had no idea what coolant to purchase or where to put it once purchased. Mr. David was soooo nice.
