I have always had a great response for everything from MRVS. Dr Beth even took one of my very ill foster kittens home with her to take care of it. The little thing died in her arms on Father's day one year. She called me from her home and told me about it. Even when I call at the last minute I can usually get in quickly. I always ask to call me if there is a cancellation and I will make it in. I absolutely believe Drs Klapstein and Valinoti are phenomenal vets. We have been clients for decades . However I have noticed a decline in customer service , and how some of the staff speaks from a superior point of view. I was just told that waiting 5 days to be seen isn't "bad" and it's better than waiting 3-4weeks, and this is for a pup with an ear infection possibly from a foxtail. What happened to customer care ? I've been taking my pets to Mokelumne River Vet for several years and can't say enough good things about them. They have fantastic, compassionate veterinarians who provide quality care at an extremely affordable price. The technicians and front office staff are knowledgeable, caring people who really make you feel comfortable leaving your pet when necessary. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, affordable veterinary clinic.

I LOVE this place! I use the large & small animal services & COULD NOT be happier! I have ALWAYS been treated with THE BEST care whether it was a scheduled appointment or a large animal emergency at the most inopportune time! You guys are AMAZING...I wouldn't trust my furry family to anyone else! Love this place and everyone who works there!! Ever since getting my puppy I seriously call them once a week (We have an ongoing puppy problem) and they are so accommodating and nice! They always answer all of my million questions and make sure we are well taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is so sweet I just love them!
