Well as I sit here with a nasty migraine and nausea I feel the need to write a review. I’ve ordered Moka almost daily for the past few years, always order the same thing. I have a dairy allergy so I’m not one to forget or misword my order, and I literally say it daily. They put cheese on my sandwich and milk in my drink. Not getting cold brew but paying cold brew price...$2.00 more. What would that be called? Overcharging, substituting lesser quality, dishonest or all of the above? Well, I paid $5.50 for what I thought was decaf cold brew but was actually decaf coffee made at time of purchase and dumped over ice. This happened at least 7 times if not more. Not a good look, Moka.
Fast, reliable and accurate service. I love that the have seasonal drinks that rotate. They have started offering breakfast options which have all been great.
