joe was very helpful! I shattered my new iPhone!!! Took forever for Apple to respond... He responded immediately and my phone was fixed as quickly. I HIGHLY ENDORSE THIS COMPANY!
Screen and LCD display were completely destroyed. Joe replaced both for much less than Apple or any kiosk at the mall. Phone looks and functions like new. Highly recommended.
