A quiet , community based gym. No large crowds, great atmosphere to get in and exercise. The owner and trainers are always willing to give advice and to assist in training.

Mojo Fitness is an amazing local gym! I started training with Trish (who also owns the gym) about a year ago now and I am still going steady with her! It's much less crowded than the big name chain gyms - I toured Chuze and PF and settled on Mojo because of its intimate feel. While smaller, it has all the equipment you could need, including free weights and a squat rack which was a big one for me.
