Dr Knapp was HIGHLY recommend to me by a very dear friend who had going to him for years. I opted to see him in the Little Elm office as it was closest to our home. My experiences have been nothing but wonderful going to this office. Dr Knapp and his staff have been helpful, kind and have given me exceptional care. The is by far the worse experience ever. Trying to expedite my situation, I called both the office and my insurance provider before my visit. On each appointment, I experienced some type of issue, not from the doctor, but other supporting staff. My first visit was marred by an argument over whether I was covered. I was demanded to provide an authorization from my insurance company. Returned orthotics were prescribed after x-ray and MRI. Only to once again be told that I was not authorized for inserts.
