The is by far the worse experience ever. Trying to expedite my situation, I called both the office and my insurance provider before my visit. On each appointment, I experienced some type of issue, not from the doctor, but other supporting staff. My first visit was marred by an argument over whether I was covered. I was demanded to provide an authorization from my insurance company. Returned orthotics were prescribed after x-ray and MRI. Only to once again be told that I was not authorized for inserts.
