I was a patient of Dr Morshedi for 2 months. During that time she ordered several tests. When the results of each test came in I was told we would talk about it at my next appt. At that appointment we had to discuss the original reason for the appt and the additional 4 items. However, the first test we reviewed that came back abnormal, she couldn't explain the numbers or anything about it. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I had some important test results done over two months ago, and no one from the office ever followed up—even though the results included some potentially concerning findings. I called the office three times and still didn’t get a response. The front desk staff were also not friendly or supportive, which only added to the frustration. If a doctor doesn’t have time to properly care for new patients, they shouldn’t take them on just for the sake of additional income. This kind of neglec... read more
