My experience with this office was one of the worst I have ever had with a medical provider. What I found unacceptable was not simply a mistake or a delay, but the way the situation was handled, the lack of communication, and the lack of accountability when problems occurred. My experience with this office was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. The staff were highly unresponsive, and what concerned me most was the serious lack of accountability and proper follow-up. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unresponsive and showed a serious lack of accountability. During phone calls, I was left waiting on hold for hours without any explanation, and even after all that time, there was little to no effective follow-up. My sister's and myself have all been going to Zafaranchi since we were born 31 years ago and now I am bringing my baby to Zafaranchi. Zafaranchi and her pediatrician are the nicest people. The care hasn't changed since I was a kid till today.
