I have never experienced such rude customer service. I have come here several times to buy hair color, and every time I make a point to be polite—saying hello and being friendly. Unfortunately, the elderly lady who works there never responds and always seems angry and dismissive. Despite this, I continued to be kind and respectful each time I visited. The hair stylist was very professional and friendly. The way she style my hair was amazing I got a lot of compliments therefore I want to thank her your her talent ; hopefully see her soon .
