This man is disrespectful. He claims to love and care about the community but he yells at customers and at people who live in the buildings surrounding his “business” he put dog poop on my windshield and he told me that everyone who lives in my building is a dirtbag
I went in for an appointment on September 14, 2021 at 6:30 pm. Ron screamed at me and refused services. When I got up to leave he told me he would be charging me full price. He refused my gift card. When I got home I saw he had charged my credit card full price. He refuses to refund the services.
The owner Ron at the moisture salon yells and belittles his customers. He gets easily angered and is very concerning his temperament. He charges customers credit cards when no services are performed or appointments are not missed. I have documented proof as needed. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
