Great communication and excellent work. Josh's initial report/proposal and photos were extremely detailed. The problem was explained very well and all of my questions were answered. He's an expert for sure. The guys who came to work on my home were great, super nice and awesome at what they do. I'm really happy with the repairs. Promise is also amazing and thank you for being so nice! Overall a very detail-oriented and more than competent team. Definitely recommend!
It's unbelievably hard to find a good, reliable team in Philadelphia when it comes to fixing leaks! Couldn’t be more disappointed with how their services turned out. To start, they booked a time and date with me and then never showed up, when I called to find out if they were coming they said they had me scheduled for a week later and were very rude about the timing set up until I sent them the email confirming the original date. They rectified the dates and started the work a day later but the work ended up turning out so sloppy. Moisture Master pros provided an inspection that helped me discover leaks in my house that other contractors missed. Josh was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything to me so I understood where the leaks were coming from and how to properly fix them. Josh & Chris were very nice and great to work with
