Terrible customer service. Was waiting in the lobby for about an hour and a lady working came to us all angry and pissed off asking what we were doing. No need for that kind of energy to customers or clients no matter the situation.
They make moving and storage such a stress free and seamless process. I went to visit my unit and I was pleasantly surprised at how organized their system is. Definitely worth it
