Dr starkman is my pain management I saw him Wednesday and didn't say one word to me. Get to pharmacy and see he didn't give me my pain meds! I called Thursday and Friday and finally someone answered and said he can't prescribe pain meds! WELL DONT U THINK THEY SHOULD TELL U!!! And give me a 30 supply till I find a dr. I'm very mad at you dr starkman!!

Dr. And staff were very nice and attentive, the only complaint was that I waited over 2 hours to see the Dr., but had been warned by the staff of that possibility and also from online reviews. Just bring a book.......or 2!

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they never see patients exactly at their scheduled time. The wait is always over 2 hours. I can't count on the to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Do not waste your day! This doctor makes you wait 3 or more hours to be seen! Seriously! The first time it happened, I figured no big deal - things sometimes come up. But now, the second and third time I've come, it's been the same thing! Today, he did not even show up to the office until 12:15 when his first appointment was at 10:30! So unprofessional!
