We’ve called this building home for 9 years, and it’s been a wonderful experience. Lisa and Eric are fantastic—always helpful and attentive. The property is always clean and well maintained, inside and out. It’s a quiet place to live, yet the community is friendly and welcoming. The location is also a big plus—close to the walking and biking trail as well as Riverside Park.
I moved here 6 years ago. The building and property has always been quiet, clean, safe and well maintained all year round. I find Lisa and Eric very friendly, respectful, approachable and responsive. Our lines of communication are excellent. I am older with mobility issues and know they keep an eye out for my well being without interfering with my independence and privacy. And, my old tomcat adores them. This is not an apartment, it is my home.
Lisa and Eric are amazing, friendly people. They made me feel welcome that first day.
