Moignet A Social Cafe is in Las Vegas Chinatown, with easy access from the freeway and the Strip. We had an amazing brunch. We tried all three egg sandwiches: Jokoy’s Egg Sando, the Croque Madame Sando, and the Pork Belly & Egg Sando. Each was different and delicious, but I felt they could each use a little something extra to make the flavors pop, maybe a signature sauce, scallions, or chives. Doesn't matter how good the signature mochi beignet is (and it's still inferior to what you'd find in NOLA), if they won't give you even a cup of tap water to choke it down with. Good luck.
Unique and interesting flavor. Mochi inside a beignet was tastey. Wish they had mango flavor mochi, but only seasonal. Cafe small, not much space to sit inside.
Everything was so yummy and delicious!
