The doctors are amazing! I have been a patient for over 8 years. That said, the office is ridiculously mis- managed . Literally I was on hold for over an hour, when I talked to Denise the office manager she apologized but offered zero assistance. I will have to go to the E. R. Only to get refered back to MOI ? She ( Denise) said that I would get a call back.... Has not happened. Dr. Steve has better standards..,.. so I thought
