I don’t know about the doctor but the scheduling team is horrible. They should make some changes there. Told us to come in but they schedule it with the wrong doctor. Now we can’t be seen and have to wait a few days. A “Sorry” doesn’t cut it when you’re in pain.
I have seen Dr. Mir for over ten years for cosmetic dermatology and he is wonderful. He is considerate, patient, explains options well, and is transparent about what is in my best interest as a patient. I do not feel I am being oversold either. Highly recommend.
