Dr Strahan performed Mohs Surgery on my lower leg and did a skin graft. The experience was as good as it gets under the circumstances and I felt very confident in his expertise! Very thorough and competent surgeon and I will definitely return for his care if ever needed again!
He is very knowledgeable and very skilled at what he does. I was very happy with the surgeries he performed.
Dr. Strahan has a warm, calm, and very professional demeanor. Each time I have seen him for MOHS surgery he has shown compassion and expertise that few in his field offer. (Sadly here I do have experience.) He has performed two expert MOHS surgeries on my face, one cancer between my eyes, and the scars are barely visible. Dr. Strahan removed a malignant growth from my back and subsequently removed the stitches. Very grateful to be healthy again thanks to him and the wonderful staff!
Dr. J. Strahan was my doctor for many years. He is a highly skilled and competent surgeon. He is also very personable and always takes time to explain the procedure and to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. J. Strahan to any person who needs any dermatological and especially Mohs surgery.
Dr. Strahan performed MOHS surgery on my right lower eyelid a few weeks ago. The tumor was located less than a quarter of an inch from the edge of the eye. Nervous does not describe how I felt going in that day. After finally seeing the eyelid after the surgery I was convinced that my eye was going to be disfigured for life. All of my family, including (daughters and grandson) have been going to Clinical Skin Center in Fair Oaks for almost 10 years. Their staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Strahan is patient and kind, and takes time to answer questions and concerns. He is an extremely competent surgeon. He removed a melanoma from my chest six months ago, and you can barely see a scar now. He also removed a fast growing melanoma from my daughter’s shoulder, and did a wonderful job with that as well.
I had a enlarged pore removed right above my lip. I decided to have it removed after a dental hygienist made a remark about it. I was worried about the scarring that would occur afterwards. Not only did Dr. Strahan remove the place, there is no discernable scar. I never knew it would look that good. He does great work.
Dr. Strahan is one of the best doctors I've ever met. He is very personable, warm and caring. He always asks if you have questions and explains everything in detail. He preformed Mohs surgery on my lower eyelid and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend him!
