The providers are great, whoever is in charge of scheduling, not so great. I have reached out multiple times asking for a reschedule and asking for a new appointment. No one gets back to you.
The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I had an in house procedure with Julie Kosemba, PA. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing, as well as what to expect afterward. Her assistant, Patty, was equally professional. I work in the medical community and I can honestly say, Mohs Dermatology comes highly recommended and Julie Kosemba is skilled in her field.
Fast, very nice staff and they did what they said they were going to do.
Been going there for over three years. Could not be more pleased with staff.
