Burdell came out on a Saturday and was very thorough and efficient in diagnosing and fixing our air conditioning. He checked over everything and got our system back to keeping us cool on a super hot day.
Beware. Had My AC unit inspected in June because we were moving into a new to us house. Had Mohr come out they did the inspection, drain lines are clear and everything is working, and we even signed up Mohr Peace of Mind Program. 7/20 Water leaking from the attic into 2 rooms. Reach out Mohr because they advertise emergency services. Infact made a couple cars. No answer. Called another heating air company. I have never witnessed such a dedicated staff before. From the people who answer phones, to the technicians who have diligently tried to find a solution to my problem, I have never been treated as a bother. I can’t recommend them enough!
Phil was awesome! He found and fixed the problem expeditiously!! 10/10. If I’d known 2 weeks later our unit would quit and I’d have to call back for another appointment which was scheduled yesterday for today and then told today at noon that you all don’t service mobile homes my review would not have been a positive one.
