Phil was awesome! He found and fixed the problem expeditiously!! 10/10. If I’d known 2 weeks later our unit would quit and I’d have to call back for another appointment which was scheduled yesterday for today and then told today at noon that you all don’t service mobile homes my review would not have been a positive one. So, I initially posted a review fairly quickly after having my new system installed. I was so excited to have central heat and air in my master bedroom and bath. Both were add-ons and were not serviced by my old package unit. So to have the old unit removed and a new system covering my living room, master bath, and bedroom was a relief. Word of caution - be skeptical of their same day service guarantee. Called on Thursday midday and was told I was on the schedule for that afternoon. Around 5pm I got a text asking me to confirm for Friday. Called Friday morning to confirm they would be there that day. Was assured that I was on the schedule for Friday. Around 3:15 pm on Friday I received a text stating that they wouldn't be able to get to me on Friday and asking if I would be available on Monday or Tuesday. The actual service and work may be great.
