Keaton was very friendly and professional, and arrived quickly. The thermostat came back on with no issues, he stated he didn’t know why the thermostat would have gone off in the first place, but if it happens again to have them come back, and that it could be the thermostat itself. Mohr is always great at communicating when to expect their techs, and getting them to your home same day. Easily the best HVAC company I’ve used in the area, and will continue to use them in the future!
Our technician was pleasant, he finished his work quickly and gave us a report and showed us pictures. He warned us about a few mice in the attic. Thanks! We were a little confused when he gave us different info about which filters to use. We have been using MERV 8 but he suggested MERV 13. Previous techs said that would strain out unit. We decided to just stay with MERV 8. We know it is part of his job to offer other services, but we felt like he was slightly pushy considering we just spent a large amount in the spring to g... read more
