Not sure if they know or maybe they don’t care but the new houses they are building in the Tartleton Plantation subdivision are all in a flood zone. This area has flooded after all the major storms have hit the area and only will get worse with new I-295 bypass construction. No idea how the city of Fayetteville approved this building site location.
Garbage Builder. If I could attach pictures I would show you how bad the home I purchased was built. Not a good builder!
I rented off of Jim and Doris for a year while in Fayetteville. Any issues (plumbing, hvac, etc) I had with the house were immediately addressed and resolved. You can have problems with any house you live in, stuff breaks. It’s how the landlord responds to the issue that matters. Also, my security deposit was returned in full. I just took care of the house and put in the effort to clean it before moving out. Food for thought. Hope this helps someone.
I lived in their property on Vineland Drive for a year. The first week I was there they had a major water damage in my bathroom. I had to leave my home for the day with no shower due to no water. They went on to have 3 water damages during this 1 year. The AC also went out 2 times both on a Friday. The electric bills were over 250 in summertime.
