I was referred here. They don’t call you back or answer the phone. I had to call my primary care to get them to call me back. Even after my 5min tele health they were supposed to call me to schedule a follow up still haven’t heard back.
Dr. Narang patiently works with my husband and me and answers my questions to make sure we understand. Also, we appreciate Dr Narang's approach to treatment for my husband. We feel like we are in a partnership with him.
There was a problem with my booking and I was supposed to see another doctor as a new patient; however, I was told another doctor would see me. It turned out to be Dr. Narang who decided to see me. He was great to talk to and great with his explanations. Very caring individual, and then I found out he was the director of the practice. I was very impressed and thankful I got to see him.
