Very disappointed. Although the office staff were very professional and friendly, Dr. Jain was a huge disappointment. My 93 year-old father was a patient and needed a very important form completed so he could be eligible for V.A. benefits. Those benefits will allow my father to remain in his care facility for the remainder of his life. After NUMEROUS phone calls explaining the situation and requesting assistance, we were only told that Dr. Jain was very busy and they wou6ld tell him again. Dr Jain is one of the best doctors I've ever had. If you listen well he will give you all the answers you need and more. He definitely knows his business. and his staff is very good at getting you an appointment or getting you a phone call. Awesome practice. I feel lucky to have found this doctor. He's helping me to understand things I never understood before, and that is saying a lot since my mother was a registered nurse and I'm fairly well educated on medical. Thank you Dr Jain
I was very nervous to get a new dr when I moved here 6 months ago. Then I found Dr Jain and he is wonderful. He explains things to you, then he actually listens to you.. I've never had a Dr that genuinely cares about his patients the way Dr Jain does. I highly recommend him and I'm Blessed to be his patient.
