Don't recommend. We are currently renting a place that deserves to be torn down. No help for fixing anything while only renting. Only been here for 6 months. Way to many problems. Fixing to call HUD.

I live there....its called Loudonville hood...a hand full of nice people....but the park is on its last leg and their not putting money into it...at night u sit out and its like a jerry springer show....
