I don’t think I’ve ever come across a more unprofessional receptionist….absolutely rude and I should have checked the review prior because there are warnings. If you want to feel like your needs are important DO NOT come here.
The receptionist is very unprofessional and isn’t qualified enough to be honest to people booking appointments. I would never recommend anyone to go here specifically due to the receptionist attitude
The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. I was late to an appointment and attempted to call to give a heads up notice and no one replied…the following day I called back to ask about paying a cancellation fee and about rescheduling and the lady said she’d put me on hold, instead she starts shuffling around, won’t respond back to me, and then hangs up. Dr. Makar was recommended to me by a friend after I saw two podiatrist’s without finding any relief for my foot pain. She was so thorough, she even looked under every toenail. I wish all doctors were as thorough and friendly as her. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly. I drive 35 minutes to see her, but she is worth it.
The woman at the front desk was making calls to clients with the phone on speaker, I could hear all of the conversations she had with the patients. She also proceeded to talk negatively about them afterwards. I was quite shocked by this behavior. They also left the door wide open in the room I was in during my appointment which felt very uncomfortable. Dr Makar was very kind. It was easy to get an appointment, but I’m not sure I’ll go back.
