The took my poor review down once so I’ll try again. Saw Raquel early spring all she gave me was useless meloxicam. I called a month later bc I was riding my horse now and have pain in my knees. I called and was told no openings until Aug…. are u kidding, I ride my horse all summer. I went to upstate Bone and Joint in Syracuse and cortisone in both knees no problem. Very bad experience here communication was way off from the initial phone call, The staff was very rude definitely do not recommend
Office people are nice to deal with show so is Josh Rachel Dr Cecil and the whole staff if your appointment is at that time no waiting i go and my cortisone there
