I have gone here for years. Carol is sweet and takes her time with exams. Her receptionist however, is the rudest person with the worst customer service e attitude!! My glasses recently broke in half and I called to see if I could purchase a frame to put the lenses in, and this receptionist just kept repeating “we can’t fix the frames if they broke in half”. It's interesting that they are willing to take on new patients until they find out that you are on State insurance. They are listed on the state site as having openings and taking the insurance. I have called several times and they had me ready to book an appointment until they found out my insurance. Seems pretty scammy I would avoid.
