Very knowledgeable
Prior to COVID they rescheduled my dog's neuter appt FOUR times. Then another, just as COVID was beginning, without calling to tell me that they were closed or that the appt had been canceled. I know businesses are busy, and I'm not usually one to judge, but the woman was very rude, and not calling to let me know they were already closed was not right. I worked all through COVID and had to take that day off work, so needless to say I was not really impressed with their professionalism.
Wonderful staff Take great care of animals
Thank you for taking the best care you can for these animals that are awaiting homes! It's a tough job and we have adopted several animals from them. They gave these animals a second chance
